I work with adults (20+) who are tired of spinning their wheels and want real change. Together, we’ll get to the root of what’s going on and build skills for feeling better—without judgment, jargon, or pressure.

Sessions are available in person or via telehealth.

  • Overthinking or mental spirals

  • Feeling emotionally numb or overwhelmed

  • ADHD, time management, and executive functioning

  • Trauma and unresolved past experiences

  • Burnout, life transitions, and identity shifts

  • Relationship stress and communication challenges

Approaches

How I Work (In Plain English):

  • EMDR → Helping your brain release old trauma

  • CBT/ACT → Reframing thoughts that hijack your day

  • IFS → Understanding the different “parts” of you

  • Mindfulness Tools → Staying grounded when things spin out

  • Person-Centered Approach → You lead, I support
