I'm Kelly—a therapist, human being, deep listener, and someone who believes the right laugh can go a long way. I bring years of experience working with adults from all walks of life—those navigating anxiety, burnout, past trauma, or feeling disconnected from who they are.

My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and connection. I combine evidence-based techniques like EMDR, CBT, ACT, and IFS with a genuine belief that therapy should feel collaborative, not clinical.

My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—messy thoughts, tangled emotions, and all—and feel supported, seen, and respected. Therapy with me is a space where you can breathe, say the hard stuff out loud, and feel like a real person—not a list of symptoms.
